So far no library has agreed to lend the item. Request is still active and may be initiated again 2 to 3 times by Williams ILL staff before it is cancelled.
Checked out to Customer
Only applies to returnable materials (books, videos, CDs, microfilms, etc.). Item has arrived at Williams and is being processed by the ILL staff. Email notice to user should be sent shortly (by the Circulation department).
Delivered to Web
Article requested has been loaded in user's ILLiad account and notification of availability has been sent. User may access article by clicking on "View/Download Electronically Received Articles." Article will be available for 30 days for viewing, printing or saving.
In Electronic Delivery Processing
Request has been processed by lending library and is now ready to be sent electronically.

Item has been sent back to lending library.

Williams ILL staff is in the process of identifying a lending library.
